רבי יחיאל מיכל מושקין, מראשי ישיבת מאה שערים, וחתנו של רבי שמחה הלוי סולבייצ'יק נינו של רבי חיים מוואלוז'ין. מחבר ספר דרשות "מיכל המים" (תרע"ג), "מכלל יפי" על התורה (תרע"ו-תרפ"ד), "מילי דאבות" (1930), "תרי"ג מצות" (תרצ"ה) ו"מכיל מים חיים" (תרצ"ו-תש"ו). נפטר בד' בשבט תש"ז (1947). לאחר פטירתו הוציאו בנו וחתניו את פירושו להגדה של פסח (תש"ח).
מצב טוב-טוב מאד. דף השער ודף נוסף נתלשו מגוף הספר.
