הרב אברהם יעקב ניימרק - נכד הגאון החב"די הרב זלמן ניימרק, היה רב בעיירה פרען (ליטא), עלה לארץ בשנת תרפ"ב (1922). כיהן כרב בתל אביב, וכחבר הרבנות הראשית תל אביב-יפו.
