Rav Naftali Tzvi Weiss av"d Bilka (1896-1944) was the second son of the Chakal Yitzchak of Spinka. A prominent Rav in Carpathia, he was a Rosh Yeshivah who raised many talmidim and was great in Torah and avodas Hashem. He corresponded with the gaonim of his generation regarding Torah and halachah. He died in the Holocaust.
