  • The title page of Orech Chaim bears the stamp of Rav Shmuel Gottesman of Ułaszkowce
  • Signatures and stamps of the Iluy from Ponevezh, Rav Aharon Yehoshua Tzuker, father-in-law of renowned posek, Rav Amram Fried.

Admor Shmuel Gottesman (Lashkowitz 1902- New York 1980) was third-generation from the Baal Shem Tov, son of Rav Yosef Yoske II of Lashkowitz and son-in-law of Rav Chaim Yosef (b"r Yisroel Yaakov Yokel) Teitelbaum. From 1933, he was admor in Ułaszkowce and in Yarichov. In 1940, he fled to the United States where he established an independent community.

Rav Michael Aryeh Leib Kahana Shapiro (early 1800s) was the son of Rav Yaakov Shapiro, av"d Neustdat. He corresponded with Rav Akiva Eiger and taught many talmidim.
