Notary authorization for power of attorney of the Chinuch Atzmai of Agudas Yisrael, signed by the Gerrer Rebbe, Rebbe Pinchas Menachem Alter.
Rebbe Pinchas Menachem Alter was born in 1926 to his father the Imrei Emes of Ger. He was Rosh Yeshivah in Sefas Emes, a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah of Agudas Yisrael and president of Agudas Yisrael. He succeeded his brother, Rav Simchah Bunim, as Gerrer Rebbe in 1992 until his death in 1996. He was known as the "Pnei Menachem, " per the title of his sefer.
