Sefer Kinei Chachmah Kinei Binah, introduction to the Sefer HaKaneh, with the kavanos of Shema Yisroel in the manner of Sod and the secrets of the holy names, attributed to Rav Elkanah b"r Yeruchem Ibn Gador.
The last leaves feature compilations on the pasuk of Shema Yisroel and Baruch Shem from the Medrash HaZohar and Tikunim. On leaf 17b, the prayer from Rav Shlomo Luria:
Whoever davens every day, no bad will control him when he passes away from this world and the angel of death will not have control over him and he will not suffer from chibut hakever.'
The title page bears the stamp of Rav Tzvi Yosef Shpilrein, author of Machmadei Yosef, askan in Warsaw who is as presubscriber in many seforim.
