Sha’ar Ruach Hakodesh – the seventh of the eight “she’arim” authored by Rav Chaim Vital.

The endpaper and the end of the Alei Nahar that is bound with this book b ear the holy signature of Rav Eliezer Yaakov Roisnetz of Zenta, in addition to a notation from his disciple noting that this book belonged to his Rebbe.

The famed Rav Eliezer Yaakov Roisnetz hy”d was the av”d of Kanjiža and Reish Metivta in the neighboring Zenta. He was a devout chassid of the Mahari”d of Belz and a talmid of Rav Yehudah Greenwald. He was sent by his Rebbe to establish a yeshivah in Zenta and he disseminated Torah and chassidus in the city for 35 years. He died in the Holocaust on the 18th of Tammuz, 1944. Five sections of the Kol Yaakov was printed from his writings.

The Sha’ar Ruach Hakodesh was edited by kabalist Rav Menachem Menchen Halperin and Rav Aharon Shlomo Mahri’l of Zagar. Jerusalem [1912] with folded plate of 48 combinations of the holy names.
