Question and answer regarding a case in which someone borrowed Tefillin from his friend and the tefillin were then lost. By Rav Shlomo Tzukker, AB"D of האלאס. Sent to Rav Mordechai Winkler, AB"D of Mad, author of Levushei Mordechai.
Rav Shlomo Tzukker, AB"D of האלאס was an outstanding gaon in all areas of Torah, drush and halacha. Born in 5655 to his father- Rav Eliezer Tzukker, Rosh AB"D of Berehove and son-in-law of the Kol Aryeh. Passed away on the 17th of Teves, 5703. Of his published writings: 'Be'er Shlomo'- 3 parts, 'Zecher Tzaddik Livracha' and 'Tiferes Shlomo Responsa'. Many other works of his remain unpublished.
Double-sized paper- four page-sides printed on stationery: 15x23 cm. In his beautiful handwriting and signature. In mediocre condition; tear signs in center of page with dark glue stains.
