"Hachaim" an Illustrated Weekly for Literature and Art - Bound - First Year Issues - 1922
Edited by Pesach Ginzburg - a volume containing 12 issues of the first year (issues 1-12), 1922. Published by "Tarbut".
Among the participants in the weekly are the best writers and artists of the period, including Boris Schatz, Yaakov Fichman, Shlonsky and more, alongside translations by writers such as Arthur Conan Doyle and Jules Verne. Contains illustrations, photographs and advertisements. Issue No. 2 is dedicated to Brenner, about a year after his murder, and includes an illustration of his tombstone on the first page.
Hebrew, 240 p. (each sheet 20 p.), 26x18 cm. There are defects in the binding, including tears in the spine, and rust stains on the pages. The cover of the first issue is missing. Other than that in good condition.
