Judaica - Italian Antique Esther scroll, ancient, and rare with a spectacular silver roll - 18/9 century.
Ancient parchment scroll rolled on an antique Italian silver roller.
Remains of Hallmarks (see pics).
A magnificent antique roller & esther scroll, Italy from the end of the 18th century or the beginning of the 19th, a magnificent silver crown finial and a beautiful handle.
The silver scroll is rare in nice condition with some old flaws, stains & minor tears.
The scroll of Esther is written on parchment with a very beautiful script that matches the 18th century Italian - "Sefaradi" style and is in good condition with typical marks of time and stains.
The scroll is complete without any deficiencies and is clear to read from beginning to end, kosher has not been tested.
