Judaica - large antique silver Torah pointer for a Torah scroll, India, early 20th century.
A large and massive antique silver hand made Torah pointer, made by a skillful silversmith in a naturalistic Indian manner.
The length of the silver pointer is approx. 30 cm and was made in South India at the beginning of the 20th century. The pointer came with immigrants from Cochin in the 60s and was purchased from the family by a collector who died several years ago.
The pointer is of the highest quality and we are proud to offer this on behalf of the collector family.
