Answers from the world renowned Gaonim the 'Baal Tosefot Yom Tov, the Bach, the Taz, Maginei Shlomo, Rabbi R' Heschel and more, collection and customs of the holy Rabbi Arye Leib abd Krakow (author Shut 'Shaagat Arye' and 'Kol Shachal'), with innovations from Rabbi David Deutch abd of Nové Mesto (New Town, neighborhood of Prague). Prague 1816.
On the copy is the personal holy hand signature of the Gaon Rabbi Netanel Fried abd Balmazújváros (town in Hungary), author of 'Pnei Meivin' from the great of the generation, his disciples were tremendous Torah scholars, the 'Kol Arye' and the 'Eiyin Habedolach'. He established hundreds of students and was renowned for his intelligence and righteousness. His holy Mechutan of Selish (Seleuşu Mare) considered him as one of the greatest in the generation, and the holy gaon MahRash Engel wrote: 'כי הגאון הנ"ל היה מפורסם גדול בימי חייו כגדול הדור'...
