"אהרן בן בתי' רוחמה" 'kvitel' of Hrh"k Rabbi Aharon of Belz zy"a in it he mentions himself and his family upon the Holy Holidays.
Holy of Holies Rabbi Aharon of Belza accepted a personal kvitel as a tribute for himself "אהרן בן בתי' רוחמה "

In the kvitel, the Rabbi mentioned himself, his wife and her two children. As per the custom of his holy fathers the Admor"rim of Belz, the Admo"rim accepted "kvitel" on behalf of themselves, before the High Holy Holidays, and this kvitel they kept close to them until Motzai Hoshanah Raba. The Admo"rim would read the 'kvitel' during High Holy times of the Holy Holidays. Erev Rosh Hashanah, befor Tekiat Shofer, before Kol Nidrei, etc. The 'kvitel' was written by the assistant HaRav HaChassid Rabbi Shalom Fogel, and the Rav stood by as customary between the Chassidim at the time of the writing.

When this kvitel was brought befor the Admo"r of Machnovka he specified a unique and interesting detail that can be seen on the left side of the kvitel a tiny hole in which a thin needle connected the kvitel to the 'כוללות קוויטל' of all of Chassidai Belz gathered together in unition לפיתקא דרחמא בתוך שאר אחבנ"י.

This kvitel would be on the holy table all the time during the Holy Holidays.
