Long dedication on the flyleaf from 1816, from Meir Bresloier to a Hamburg Bar Mitzvah boy, Lev son of Meir Goldschmidt Halevi.

Listed in Otzar HaHaggadot, 543. The nussach, Halachot, commentary and illustrations are exactly like those in the “Ma’;aleh Beit Chorin” Haggadah Amsterdam, 1781 edition.
The Halachot are in Ladino and Yiddish, Tzor font.
