“And peace everlasting!” Letter from the Rabbis of the Central committee of the Sephardic community in Tveria, Rabbi Machluf Hakohen, Rabbi Shmuel ibn Kiki, and Rabbi David Reina, requesting to receive their share of the donations that were received from North America. 1910.
“Our greetings to the both the accountant and secretary of the Kollel (requesting) to calculate what is owed to our Kollel from the first of Tammuz 5666 (June 21, 1906) until today and will please hand them to our clerk Shmuel Elaluf to send to us to quench the thirst of the souls of the Talmidei Chachamim and the poor who have not received their stipends for three months and their soul struggles in hunger in poverty and need” – letter of the Rabbis of the Central Committee of the Sefardic Community to Rabbi Meir Adler, from the mamnagers of the Central Committee of the Ashkenazi Community in Jerusalem. Tveria, 1910.
