On the front flyleaf is an ownership notation of the Gaon Rabbi Avigdor Horowitz Av Beis Din of Kaminka. It is written and signed by his son, the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Shimshon Horowitz Meizels, Av Beis Din of Zolkiew and Czernowitz.
On the opposite side is Rabbi Yitzchak Shimshon’s signature.
