Noble Exemplar of Rebbes! Sefer Siyata DiShamya on the Torah, by the elder Rabbi, Rabbi Shmaya of Tomaszów. Warsaw, 1910.
Personal, signed exemplar of Rabbi Yosef Tzvi of Skierniewice, and his stamp from his holy father’s lifetime:
‘Tzvi Kalisch, son of the holy rebbe Shlita of Skierniewice’.
The holy Rebbe, Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Kalisch (1886-1957), son of the holy Rabbi Shimon of Skierniewice and son-in-law of the holy Rebbe, Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov of Biala, author of ‘Divrei Binah’. Served as Rav of Khartshow, and after his father’s passing succeeded him as Rebbe in Skierniewice. Was the president of Agudas Yisroel in Warsaw. Emigrated to eretz Yisrael in 1935 and served as Rabbi of Bnei Berak. His teachings were collected and published in the Sefer ‘She’eris Yosef’.
