Settling Eretz Yisroel! Bills of sale with the signatures of Maran the Admor the Pnei Menachem of Gur, when he purchased an apartment in a building in Bnei Berak, 1987-1991.
A bill of sale and a apartment purchase contract on Rabbi Yehuda halevi St. in Bnei Berak, by the contractor Yisrael Shayovitz and his sons, with the signatures of the buyer Maran the Holy rav the Pnei Menachem of Gur, one of the greatest Tzaddikim and leaders of the recent generation and the president of Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah, when he was the Rosh Yeshiva of the Sefas Emes Yeshiva in Jerusalem.
Appearing on the contrcat that was formulated and signed in Bnei Berak in Cheshvan 1986 are the signatures of the Pnei Menachem of Gur and the signature of the attorney and of the contrcator.
Eventually, the Pnei Menachem used this apartment while he was leading Yisroel, greeting the thousands who came to him for advice and there he conducted his holy Avodah and studied Torah lovingly. Sometimes, he arranged meetings with rabbis and public and charity figures in this apartment, far from damaging publication, the eyes of strangers and the public.
The Holy Rav Rabbi Pinchas Menachem of Gur author of 'Pnei Menachem' [1926-1996] the youngest son of the Holy Rav the Imrei Emes of Gur, from the leaders of the last generation and from great instigator who stood at the head of the Orthodox Jewry. Served as the Rosh Yeshiva of Sefas Emes starting from the year 1957, and after the passing of his brother-in-law Rabbi Yitzchok Meir HaKohen Levine who was president of Agudat Yisrael, he started serving this centeral national movement. He stood at the right side of his brothers the Admorim the Beis Yisroel and the Lev Simcha of Gur and throughout the years he toiled for the establishment of the Torah institutions of Chassidut Gur. For many years he served as member of Moetzes Gedolai HaTorah and he was from the main speakers in all public gatherings. During his last years he served as leader of many tens of thousands of Jews until his passing while storming the heavens hours after the end of the Purim Tish in his Beit Medrash. Dozens of Seforim and compositions were published of his tremedous Torah.
