Printed at the printery of Rabbi Chanina Lipa and Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Shapiro, the grandsons of the Rav of Slavuta.
On the first leaf, a stamp: "אשר קאלמאנאוו, בעה"ק ירושלם ת"ו", an important Karlin Chassid, a member of the Vaad Hakelali of Jerusalem and one of the managers of the Misgav Ladach Hospital.
