Sha'alot U'teshuvot Maharshal, Lemberg, 1869 edition. Copy of Rabbi Yaakov Yisroel Vishron Rubin of Sulitza, with a gloss handwritten by him.
On the title page and several other leaves, varied stamps of the Rav of Sulitza.
On the fist leaf, a relatively lengthy gloss handwritten by him.
Rabbi Yaakov Yisroel Yeshurun Rubin [1884-1944] the great-grandson of Maran the Mahari of Ziditchev and grandson of the Rav of Premishlan. Was a disciple pf the Maharsham of Berzhan and the Arugos Habosem. Frequented the Rav the Maharid of Belz. Admor and Av Beis Din of Sulitza-Sasregen.
Varied notations throughout the book, in addition to the gloss handwritten by him. Blemishes and stained title page. Some stains on the other leaves. New red leather binding. Good condition.
