"זה הספר יריעות שלמה להרב המאוה"ג חו"ב משנתו קב ונקי צמ"ס פ"ה עה"י [=צנא מלא ספרא פטיש החזק עמוד הימני] שלשלת היוחסין חסיד ועניו י"א [=ירא אלוקים] מנעוריו כקש"ת מוהר"ר נתן שלמה בצלאל שליט"א אבדק"ק ביזונן... [?]".
Possibly, the notation refers to one of the grandfathers of Rabbi Nosson Bezalel Luvitsh (the father of the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Meir Biderman, the son-in-law of Maran the Sefas Emes of Ger).
