Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Rabinow, Hamburg-London and the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Zvi Karlibach. Altona, 1935
Letter of recommendation and confirmation written by the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Yosef Rabinow, the Rav of Hamburg and eventually Rosh Av Beis Din and Rosh Metivta in London, about Rabbi Ozer Shiffman of Lüneburg, Germany.
The letter was written in 1935 and the great Gaon Rabbi Yosef Zvi Karlibach, Av Beis Din of Altona, added several lines to it and his signature. The letter was sent to the Holy Land, where Rabbi Shiffman was unknown.
