In his blessings, he writes: 'יתברך כבודו עם כל בני ביתו שיחיו להכתב ולהחם לשנות חיים ארוכים טובים ונעימים מבורכים במילוי כל מיטב מדושני ענג בשבע שמחות'

The Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Isser Shapira [1886-1971] the youngest son of the great Gaon Rabbi Raphael Shapira, the Rosh Yehshiva of Volozhin, and the son of the daughter of Maran the Natziv.
