Lengthy letter by the Gaon Rabbi Nachum Michl Kahana Av beis Din of Polangen and Shukian (Lithuania) - written to the great Gaon Rabbi Yosef Zecharya Stern Av Beis Din of Shovli - before 1904.
In his letter, Rabbi Nachum recalls at length the persecution he had suffered:
