Lengthy responsum, six large pages, handwritten and signed by the holy Gaon Rabbi Yoel Zvi Roth Av Beis Din of Chust, author of Beit Hayotzer - Chust, Iyar 1886. 


This responsum was written to the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Av Beis Din of Meidan and was printed in Shut Beit Hayotzer (Munkatch, 1902), Even HaEzer section, Siman 1. 


The Gaon Rabbi Yoel Zvi Roth (1820-1893) author of Shut Beit HaYotzer was the disciple of the Imrei Esh and the Divrei Chaim of Sanz. Served as Rav of several important Hungarian communities and in his old age as Av Beis Din of Chust.
