Writing a Sefer Torah in Memory of Maran the Chofetz Chaim of Radin

Important document by the committee for writing a Sefer Torah in memory of Maran Rabbi Yisroel Meir Hacohen author of the Chofetz Chaim, by means of Vaad Hayeshivas of Vilna, with a commitment to purchase a letter by important dignitaries. 


Between the writing of the Sefer Torah and the purchase of letters, letters were sold in Antwerp where important dignitaries purchased letters and are mentioned in this document including Rabbi Eliyahu Moshe Genichovsky, a member of Hapoel Hamizrachi and the father of the famed Gaon Rabbi Avraham Genichovsky, one of the heads of the Tshebin Yeshiva, Rabbi Shlomo ben Simcha Frey and Rabbi Yehuda Leib Hacohen Guttvirt.
