Gemore Masechet Kiddushin, Vilna 1923 edition. The personal copy of the holy Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich of Shamloy with lengthy and important glosses handwritten by him and many signs of usage.
The Gemore, Vilna 1923 edition, contains many short glosses, corrections and references and a considerable number of lengthy glosses, all handwritten by the Heiliger Shamloyer Rov, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich.
In several glosses, he notes: 'עיין בחתם סופר על שבועות דבר נפלאק וכעין דברים אלו במספר הגהות שלו.
The glosses were written with pen and some with pencil.
The holy Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich, Der Heiliger Shamloyer Rov [1863-1944] Av Beis Din of Shamloy. One of the greatest Poskim of his generation. Author of the Lechem Shlomo and approx. forty additional works. The grandson of the holy Gaon author of Kol Aryeh who raised him and taught him Torah. A leading disciple of the holy Rav author of Kedushas Yom Tov of Siget and a Chassid of his son the holy Rav Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar. Perished with his community during the Holocaust.
Slightly dry leaves. Small tears. Signs of usage. Good-very good condition.
