Rare! Psak Halacha and Ma'asseh Beis Din about the Kashrus of an embryo and its pedigree, handwritten by the Kabbalist the Remez Rabbi Moshe Zacuto and with his handwritten signature.
The script and signature on Ma'asseh beis Din on Psul Yichusin and the Kashrus of an embryo. Edited in Mantova in 1676.

The Divine Kabbalist Rabbi Moshe ben Rabbi Mordechai Zacuto, the Remez (ca. 1625-1697) - one of the greatest rabbis and Kabbalists in Italy and one of the leading commentators on the holy Zohar. Was born in Amsterdam, was the disciple of Rabbi Shaul Morteira and later, travelled to Poland to study Kabbalah with Rabbi Yitzchak Posno. In 1645, he moved to Venice where he served as the Rosh Yeshiva of a large yeshiva. Later he studied the Torah of the Ari with the Shadar from Safed Rabbi Binyomin Halevi, a disciple of Rabbi Chaim Vital. Since 1673, served as a Rav and Rosh Yeshiva in Mantova. The students of his yeshiva copied the writings of the holy Ari and distributed his Torah and customs. The Remez wrote Piyyutim, edited and published many Seforim and authored dozens of Sedorim on the Nigleh and the Nistar, including 'Shut HaRemze', 'Igros HaRemez', 'Kol HaRemez', 'Mikdash Melech' and 'Hadras Melech', and more.
Rabbi Yehuda ben Rabbi Eliezer Briel (1643-1722), "Abir HaRo'im" - the disciple and memver of the Beis Din of Rabbi Moshe Zacuto in mantova. After Rabbi Moshe Zacuto's passing, he succeeded him as Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshiva of Mantova. Had many disciples, which were great rabbis in Italy including: Rabbi Yitzchak Lampronti the Rav of Ferrara, Rabbi Yeshayahu Bassan the Rav of Padova, Rabbi David Finzi one of the rabbis of Mantova, Rabbi Shimshon Morforgo the Rav of Ancona and more.
