Written in the heading of this leaf: "העתק שו"ת הנשמטי' ע"פ פקודת הצענזור" (copying of Shut that was omitted by the order of the censor). Written at the end of the leaf: ע"כ העתק שו"ת רשב"א הנשמטי' מהדפוס" (copying of Shut HaRashba that was emitted from the printed version).
These responses were printed for the first time in Vilna, 1881.
