With approbations by the holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel ben Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Av Beis Din of Berditchev, Rabbi Mordechai Margolis Av Beis Din of Stanov, Rabbi Yisroel Isser Av Beis Din of Venice, Rabbi Mordechai ben Rabbi Pinchas Av Beis Din of Koretz and more. 


Rabbi Elazar Roke'ach, served as Rav in Rakov, Tornov, Brody and Amsterdam and in his old age, immigrated to Safed, where he passes away. 

Was revered by Gedolei Hador including the Nodah BiYehuda and the Chida, who greatly praised him.
