[4], 128, 131-193, [1], 193-208, 211-213 [i.e. 215] leaves. Owner's signatures on the title page, some of them erased. Erasure of some text of the author's introduction by drawing a line.

At the beginning of the book, two poems by Rabbi meir ben Rabbi Asher of Venice (see: Otzar HaShira VeHaPiyyut, III, p. 172, 218).
