Written and signed in Debretzin in 1952. The document is signed by additional rabbis and by the witnesses.

The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Zvi Sofer Av Beis Din of Temeshvar, Romania [1888-1966] a member of Mo'etzes Gedolei HaTorah of Agudas Yisroel in Romania and a great Posek. A descendant of the Sofer family, a family of great Poskim in Hungary including Maran the Machaneh Chaim and Av Beis Din of Paks. After the war, he was one of the Gedolei Torah who dedicated their time to Hataras Agunos. In Israel too he served as a leading Posek and Rav of his Beis Midrash.
The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Moshe Stern, Av Beis Din of Debretzin, author of Be'er Moshe, 8 sections. Studied with his father the author of Melitzei Esh and his leading Rav Maran the Da'as Sofer of Pressburg. His Sefer Shut is considered a first -class Halachic Sefer.
