Holy letter and blessings by the holy Rav Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak the Rayatz of Lubavitch, 1947.
The letter was sent to the Chassid Rabbi Abba Shai Levin in Sivan 1947.
The Rebbe Rayatz writes 'In reply to his letter, welcome, may Hashem strengthen his health and the health of his family and assist them materially and spiritually, he who sends his regards and blesses them'.
The letter was hand-signed by the Rebbe Rayatz.
