Letter by Maran author of Sheves Halevi, Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner, praising the publication of the writings of the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Avraham Chanoch friedman, Dayan and More Hora'ah in Satmar. Zichron Meir - 1996.

A letter that was handwritten in Teves 1996, entirely by Maran the Sheves Halevi and was sent to the rabbinic R. David Rosenberg in Kiryas Joel Monroe, USA. Rabbi Wosner confirms that he received a letter on the printing of the Sefer by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Avraham Chanoch Friedman and describes his virtues 'My great uncle the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Greenwald Gaon Av Beis Din of Satmar who had no sons and took the Tzaddik Gaon Avraham Chanoch who was the son-in-law of his brother Rabbi Yosef Greenwald ... and although he himself was Gadol BaTorah, he used to teach the Torah of his holy uncle to others.

Maran Rabbi Wosner ends with many blessings to the one who publishes the Seforim and with his handwritten signature.

The holy Gaon Rabbi Avraham Chanoch Friedman [ca. 1870-1944] Dayan and Moreh Tzeddek in Satmar was one of the youngest grandsons of Maran the Chasam Sofer, his mother being the Chasam Sofer's daughter. Was a leading disciple of the Sheves Sofer and of Rabbi Yehuda Greenwald of Satmar, publishing his writings. He also published some of the writings of Maran the Chasam Sofer. Perished in the Holocaust with most of his family.
