Shulchan Aruch, [IV], Hilchos Pesach by the holy Rav Ba'al HaTanya, with addiitons to the previous edition. [Sudilkov], [approbation from 1826]. Rare ediiton.
[[2], 29, 33-249 leaves, 18 cm. With an approbation by the holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai of Chernobyl. On the title page, the words "in Kopust" were emphasized and the item is dated 1816, taken from the Kopust 1816 edition. Printed almost line-for-line after the Shklow edition, with an omission of the foreword and an addition of an approbation from section III. With owner's signatures and a stamp "Zvi Ze'ev ... ben Rabbi Dov Berman of Mohilev".
This copy is similar to that of the Lubavitch Library and there is an additional copy which differs slightly in its accompanying ornaments and the editing of the approbation. See Toras Chabad, II, Yehoshua Moonshine, Kefar Chabad 1984, pp. 50-52.
Original leather binding, stains, partly detached spine, fair-good condition.
