Rabbi Binyomin Menachem ben Rabbi Zevulun Schwartzman, served as Rav of several Russian towns and as Av Beis Din of Tshosnik, Lithuania. Immigrated to Eretz Yisroel in 1922 and lived in Jerusalem. Author of Massss Binyomin (1906), innovations and Shut Nachalas Binyomin (1928), Bein Yisroel LaAmim (1928) and Davar BeIto (1934). Passed away on the 26th of Teves, 1944.
A renewed binding was added to the cover binding, aging stains, good-very good condition.
