[2], 45, [1] leaves, 15 cm. Ancient leather binding. Handwritten owner's notation and signatures, including "Harosh HaNaggid Moshe called R. Moshe Itzilir", "The Rabbinic Naggid and Katzin Yaakov Yissachar the son of the late Moshe Itzilir".
The flyleaf and two last leaves are detached, blemish affecting the text to leaf 12, stains, some moth damage, fair-good condition.
