In the letter, the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Shmuelovitz appeals to the Jerusalemite activist Rabbi Menachem Porush to assist as much as possible an evening Kollel in Bayis Vagan, he ends the letter with warm and hearty blessings.
The great Gaon Rabbi Chaim Shmuelovitz (1902-1979) a great Rosh Yeshiva in the previous generation, For many tears served as Rosh Yeshivas Mir.
