The author the Holy Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Shelatiel Ninio. One of the greatest rabbis of the Land of Israel. Was born in Jerusalem in 1800 and studied with the Kabbalists of the 'Beis El' yeshiva. Served as a Shadar for the Jew of Tiberius . Rabbi Yaakov was ewnowned for his Torah greatness and knowledge. Rabbi Chaim Palaggi often refers to him in his Seforim.
