To the glory of our honorable president teh great Gaon Minister of Torah Mara DeAra Kaddishta Moron Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Halevi Herzog Shalita the Chief Rabbi of Israel.
The letter contains many blessings for the New Year, hand-signed by the great Geonim: Rabbi Zalman Sorotzkin Av Beis Din of Luck, the chairman of Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah, the chairman of the network of independent education and author of 'Oznayim LaTorah'.
