'זה הספר שייך להנגיד אלטער יאססער'. Which is the the nickname of Rabbi Avraham Yosef son of the Holy Rabbi Chaim Uri Feivish ben the Holy Rabbi Arye Leib of Volochysk .
Also stamps of 'Beit HaMedrash Chassidei Karlin in the Old City of Jerusalem' and exclusive signature 'שייך להשטיביל חב"ד' (belongs to Chabad Shtibel). Bluish paper, error of page numbers.
Rabbi Avraham Yosef fondly called 'Rebbe Alter'. Prominent distinguished Chassid of Karlin in Tiberius, from holy descendants, was the son of Rabbi Chaim Uri Feivish son of the Holy Rabbi Arye Leib of Volochysk (disciple of the Maggid of Mezritch, who endorsed many sifrei Chassidut in his generation.
Rabbi Alter was the son-in-law of the Holy righteous Rabbi Naftali Tzvi grandson of the Holy Baal Shem Tov. There exists a letter of recommendation from the Holy Beit Aharon on him (printed in 'Beit Aharon page 158, B). The son-in-law of Rebbe Alter was Rabbi Shalom Shachne Horovitz, brother of Rabbi Asher Yechezkal who also signed on this sefer here as mentioned above.
Rabbi Asher Yechezkel Horovitz HaLevi, from the founders of the Chabad settlement in Safed and head of the Kollel Chabad Fund in the city, wealthy and descendant of holy ancestors, the tenth generation of the Shla HaKadosh.
His son Rabbi Yeshaya HaLevi, was Rav in the Chabad community in Safed, and member of the Beit Din in Safed, and later Chief Rabbi of Winnipeg and Western Canada. Passed away on 24th of Elul 1920 and brought to rest on Har HaZeitim.
