Purchasing jewelry and gems: The auction house provides a description of the diamonds and gems to the best of its understanding and based on the knowledge and experience of the auction house experts. However, the auction house does not undertake to accurately describe the items in terms of stone size, color, level of cleanliness, condition (including description of defects) and whether it has undergone treatment or painting and the buyer is responsible for inspecting the diamonds and gems before sale. For the avoidance of doubt, no option will be given to cancel the purchase of jewelry, diamonds and gems or return them after purchase, even if the description does not match the item.
In this auction like the previous auctions, unsold items are not offered for direct sale after auction ends! please bid and participate during the auction!
The sale commission is 20% + VAT on the commission only. in a week time from the auction.
A fee of 5% will be added to late payments.
The dollar exchange rate for this sale is: $=3.5 shekels.
New customers who have participated a few times in auctions will usually be approved with a limit on the amount you can offer at least initially. If you want to raise the amount or remove the limit, you are welcome to contact us by phone.
In this auction to Israeli clients, payment will be possible directly upon completion of the auction (the second part)
You will receive the invoice for payment and then you can choose the requested shipping method.

Buyers from abroad will receive an invoice within a business day from the end of the auction including the shipping cost for the items purchased and will be able to pay online by credit card.
We only use the Israeli Post services or DHL (more expensive).

Up to 2 kilo at a cost of 22 NIS
2-5 Kilo cost 27 NIS.
5-10 kilo cost 35 NIS
10-20 kilo cost 42 NIS
2. Courier delivery of the Israeli post in the cost of 60 NIS regardless of weight up to 20 kg (only in Israel)

We try to get the deliveries out of the gallery within two business days at the latest. The delivery time of the items depends on the Israeli post and global post work. Each buyer who pays on delivery, will receive a detailed email with the tracking number and a link to the tracking on the mail site accordingly.

Moritz Spanier (2. Juli 1853 in Wunstorf - 19. Mai 1938 in Magdeburg) war ein deutscher jüdischer Religionspädagoge und Autor.
Spanier wurde als Sohn des Klempnermeisters Leser Spanier und dessen Ehefrau Elise Spanier geb. Meyer geboren. Die jüdische Familie des Vaters war seit mehreren Generationen in Wunstorf ansässig. Er hatte drei Schwestern und einen Bruder. Sein elf Jahre jüngerer Bruder Meier Spanier war Pädagoge, Schriftsteller und Germanist.[1]
Er besuchte die Wunstorfer Elementarschule und absolvierte von 1867 bis 1871 eine Ausbildung zum Lehrer in der Präparandenklasse der Hannoverschen Lehrerbildungsanstalt. Er war dann als Lehrer in Ottersberg und bis 1878 am Landesrabbinat in Hannover tätig. Es folgte ein Wechsel als Lehrer und Prediger nach Solingen. 1881 ging Spanier nach Magdeburg und wurde dort der erste hauptberuflich tätige jüdische Religionslehrer. Im Jahr 1886 heiratete er in Pasewalk die 1860 geborene Helene Lehmann, Tochter eines Kaufmanns. Aus der Ehe gingen vier Kinder hervor, Gertrud (1888), Arthur (1889), Margarethe (1890) und Willi (1894). 1896 promovierte er in Bern zum Dr. phil. Spanier verfasste mehrere Arbeiten mit Bezug zum jüdischen Schulwesen und gab Anstöße für die Reformierung des jüdischen Religionsunterrichtes. Von 1905 bis 1914 war er als Redakteur des Monatsblatts Wegweiser für die Jugendliteratur tätig. Von 1907 bis 1913 wirkte er an der Pädagogischen Jahresschau mit, außerdem war er für die Jüdisch-liberale Zeitung tätig. Er wirkt im Verband der jüdischen Lehrervereine im Deutschen Reiche mit und setzte sich hier für die Einführung von Fortbildungskursen für die religionswissenschaftliche und homiletische Weiterbildung jüdischer Lehrer ein. Zeitweise war er auch leitender Redakteur des Jüdischen Wochenblatts für Magdeburg und Umgegend.
1917 ging er in den Ruhestand. Er veröffentlichte weitere Arbeiten insbesondere zur jüdischen Geschichte. Spanier lebte in Magdeburg in der Königstraße 65, der heutigen Walter-Rathenau-Straße. Nach 1933 war seine Familie antisemitischen Übergriffen ausgesetzt.
Er verstarb 1938 in seiner Wohnung und wurde auf dem Israelitischen Friedhof Magdeburg beigesetzt.
