Letter from the Jerusalem Achva Association to Rabbi Yehudah Aharon Weiss, 18 Tevet 1927. A letter with greetings for the wedding of the rabbi's son. *The World Achva Association is a secret religious society founded in 1895, whose mission is to give mutual help and substantial form to the mitzvah "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself". Among its members were Rabbi Abraham Isaac HaCohen Kook, President Yitzhak Ben Zvi and others. The movement was officially apolitical, though some of its members were politically active. Its international headquarters has been in Jerusalem from the outset, to this day.
