הבנק להתפתחות חברון" (The Hebron Development Bank) נוסד בירושלים בשנת 1925 על-ידי הרב ישראל זיסל דבורץ (1885-1968), במטרה לסייע לישיבת "כנסת ישראל" בחברון. בנוסף, הבנק סייע למושבה בני-ברק בשנותיה הראשונות וליישוב מגדל עדר בגוש עציון. בעקבות פרעות תרפ"ט שינה הבנק את שמו ל"בנק חברון".
