אוֹטֶה (אוטו) וָלִישׁ (לעיתים ואליש; Otte (Otto) Wallisch או Wallish; 25 באפריל 1906 – 15 במאי 1977)
היה מעצב גרפי ישראלי שעיצב חלק ניכר מהסמלים הבולטים של מדינת ישראל, בהם כתיבה קליגרפית של מגילת העצמאות, מטבעות, שטרות, מדליות, בולים, כרזות.
בספר - 25 קריקטורות, ברובן מופיעה - הקופסא הכחולה - של קק"ל, כולל הסברים בגרמנית.
