Early and Rare Edition.

Eliya Mizrachi, on Rashi's commentary on the Torah, by Rabbeinu Eliya Mizrachi, with the Nachalat Yaakov commentary by Rabbi Yaakov Solnik.
With an approbation by the rabbis of Kushta: Rabbi Yosef ben Yeshaya of Trani, Rabbi Shmuel Halevi and Rabbi Yehuda Rosanis, from Tamuz 22, 1723[!].
The book was printed and sold Kuntres-by-Kuntres; therefore, this complete edition is rare.

Rabbi Eliyahu Mizrachi (the Re'em; 1435-1526): the Chief Rabbi of the Jews of the Ottoman Empire and their leader. One of the three major commentators on Rashi's commentary on the Torah.
Rabbi Yakov Solnik: the son of Rabbi Binyamin Aharon Solnik (1530-1620), who was a member of The Council of Four Lands and Av Beit Din in Poland in the 16th century, author of Sefer Masat Binyamin. Succeeded his father as Rav of Pidayitz and was also a member of The Council of Four Lands, alongside Rabbi Yom Tov Lipman Heller. Author of Nachalat Yaakov, on Rashi's commentary on the Torah. Passed away in 1643.

Kushta, [1726]. Early and rare edition.
[1], 331 leaves. 33 cm. Good condition. Taping to the edges of the title page and the two following leaves. Stains. Original, ancient leather-covered wooden binding with traces of buckles, with blemishes to binding.
