Composition based on Mishnah Torah LeHaRambam including its text.

Part 1: Science, Ahavah, Zemanim. Authored by Rabbi Masoud Chai Rokeach, a leading Tripoli sage.

Beautiful, illustrated title page depicting Moshe, Aharon and ornate items.

The title page features handwritten owners’ signatures penned by the Tzaddik of Amsterdam, Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Lehren, in lovely, square script.

Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Lehren (1784-1853), was Dutch banker and philanthropist. He was the founder and director of “PKVA”M – Pekidei VeAmarkelei Ir HaKodesh”, ‘Administrators and Clerks for the Holy Towns’, a central organization for the collection of funds from Dutch and German communities for the benefit of Yishuv Eretz Yisrael.
