Yayin HaMeshumar: on the prohibition of drinking Yayin Nesech, and shaving a beard.
Matzat Shimurim: Kabbalistic essays on the mitzvot of Mezuzah, Tzitzit and Tefillin according the Arizal’s teachings.

Rabbi Natan Shapira was a Polish Rabbi, and a leading Ashkenazi Kabbalist. He emigrated to Eretz Yisrael, settling in Jerusalem. However, in 1655 he was sent as an emissary to Italy to assist the Jews there. Rabbi Shapira attempted to improve the religious situation through writing these books. In the lengthy introduction to his book, Rabbi Shapira quotes many Rabbis, including The MaHaral of Prague.
Rabbi Shapira was regarded as a disciple of The Ari.
