This rare book was printed without listing the date of print or the printer’s name- M. Benayahu opines that this book was actually printed in Italy by Daniel Zanetti. Y. Yudlov contests this.


Responsa by Rabbi Eliyahu ben Chaim. Of the last of the Rishonim.

At the end of the introduction is ‘Shir Tehillah’ by the publisher. At the end of the book is appended Shitah on Masechet Ketubot, by the author. The book concludes with 2 additional poems by the publisher.

6, 272 leaves. 29 cm. Beautiful, complete copy. Very good condition. In the middle of the book are a few leaves with worm holes on the upper, inner margins. Aside from this the book is in lovely condition. Antique fabric and parchment binding.
