The book "Hiddushei Rabbeinu Yonah on Tractate Sanhedrin and Hiddushei Tosafot Chazon Yehezkel on Tractate Makkot.
On the front flyleaf is written: "Belongs to Rabbi Yisrael Meir Hakohen from Radin."
On page 22b, there is a lengthy commentary in the holy handwriting of the Chafetz Chaim.
This edition is extremely rare and appeared only twice before in public auctions.
